Sesame tahini — small

The same sesame tahini in a small size: roasted ground sesame, nutty with a faint bitterness, pale beige. Right if you use tahini for the occasional recipe rather than daily, if you are trying it, or if you need it for one meal — tahini with lemon beside fish or chicken, baba ghanoush, or tahini with black honey for breakfast. Stir it well if the oil has separated, which is normal in natural tahini. Keep it in a dry place away from sun and use a clean dry spoon each time. A large size is available if you use it regularly.
