Upper Egyptian corn bettaw bread in a 500 g pack: clearly corn-tasting and faintly sweet, nothing like white bread, and the bread an Upper Egyptian breakfast is built around. The smaller pack suits a first try, a small household, or buying more often so it is always at its best. Eaten with qarish, Mallawi and mish, torn into fava beans and lentils, and with black honey and tahini. Keep it well wrapped in a dry place, or freeze it and reheat over low heat or in the oven. Also available by the kilo, and in the thinner version.
